You big, moaning, girly, moaning, girly girl.

If you're having problems with this (admittedly, mildly tricky) game, then don't ever play Time Splitters II on Hard, or Expert Mode on Super Monkey Ball, or the 9-day, no deaths chalenge on Pikmin.

    Big tit!

(And yes, it took me a good few tries to get past River as well )

    Oh mildly tricky eh.
You said you only played on easy. Theres a big difference between easy and veteran-realistic in this game. I have to say that this is way way way more difficult on veteran (which is not the most difficult) than either Half Life or Deus Ex on realistic.

Ive just started rebellion and it is seriously annoying me

True, I only played it on Easy. If it was a better game, or the levels interesting enough to warrent more than one play through, I'd have another go on realistic though. To be honest, its too boring to go through again though, so I can't be arsed.

I did Rebellion all the way on one go, no re loads, and it took me well over an hour. Bet its going to take you forever on Realistic.

Yeah, it is poor, but then, so is the story as a whole, so no reason to expect it would get interesting for the ending.

That's Far Cry in a nutshell - pretty, oh so pretty, and boring, oh so boring.

Yeah got the AG now doing rebellion. But forgot to pick up jackhammer at start of level and now have the P90 with no ammo (and no jackhammer in sight at the mo). An that jackhammer is so necessary for killing fatboys. Grrrr

    Tricky level though

Alternatively run away- works for me. I honestly laughed at these guys on my first play through the game i had no problems with them- until the last level of course

Any more than one merc however got me spraying in all directions frantically

The blue riot/shiel equipped guards cant take a few hits as can the outdoor and indoor elite guards... know your enemy

Yeah just finished Rebellion. Not as difficult as I expected. Managed to get through it with very little amo, no armour and very little health . Its a long time to go with not much replacement health.

Yeah running away from fat boys works but its good to practise killing them for a time when you need to.
Just encountered those transparent jobbies that run around in the archives

As for the elite guards, they are easy enough to kill as long as you can get a good clean headshot. The problem is when they start running around and ducking from side to side then they are damn difficult to kill, specially the ones with those riot shields
