yea i found out the problem. its the ranked servers i clicked on and cant join any ranked servers plus theirs not much of dem anyway, thx for ur help guys, this thread can now be deleted
I also bought this todya, I had been playing the demo so knew what to expect
I also bought myself a logitech extreme 3d pro stick for flying, helos seem a night mare with it tho, might stick to keyboard and mouse for choppers.
I think we should all get on 50klicks tonight.

Just been on the 50klicks server, by far the best ping and gameplay so far. Couple of TK's though so appologies for them.
I had a few problems with lag and slowdown but tweaking the settings has solved it. Must say that this is the best BF so far, DC was great, this is as good as, if not better.
Someone mentioned the scale (graphic wise) was way off, i don't think that matters because this game is fun fun fun!

Wow this game rocks. I play mostly commander and support (I would be a sniper but the aiming system sucks, hopefully they'll patch that

I've found the american sniper to be not bad n the mid-range area. For long range it truely sucks even if you're prone and they're standing and still.
Still, nothing better than being an a**hole in the tower block with the top claymore'd. Last time I killed someone with the claymore, his buddy behind him with rifle/pistol and his mate at the bottom with a shot from head to balls

sunday nite is arranged game nite at 50klicks,members v members so if anyone wants in sign up
Had a few hours online last night and really enjoyed it.
The single player is useless though its a complete afterthought compared to the main game. You can't even play on 32 or 64 player maps.
Online play was laggy , wasn't impressed by that, I got killed a couple of times mid lag
is their a no cd patch dat i can use cuz i hate the fact that u need ur dvd game to b in the dvd drive when playing it.

Anybody here got to second rank yet? Oh, and how do you set up joysticks in the controls? I have a Cyborg (USB connected) and it only lets me map buttons- It doesnt do anything when i move the throttle or the stick itself even though I calibrated it fine earlier
