Not terribly feisty, a bit too tired from an entire day at Thorpe Park yesterday. In a good mood though

Does anyone know anything about this "Compete" web stats thing? It appeared recently alongside my Google PageRank and Alexa ratings in Firefox. It made me laugh because apparently it is powered by real science!

Not feisty at all, aching all over from going on 20 rides yesterday. Think I may have lost a few internal organs.

Neither feisty nor hungover either. A bit bummed out as some swine stole the alloy centres from the wheels on my BMW. I looked on eBay and they cost about 50 quid used. Serves me right for parking in Switzerland.

I have discovered a distinct lack of available food for me to eat.

    The solution?

Drink plenty of strong coffee until I can raid Waitrose later today.

    Incredibly interesting, eh?

Isn't that kind of a contradiction in terms?? I mean how many people go:

'Woohoo look at me!! I am a germ filled snot bucket and can vomit 10 feet more than you! I am great at being ill!'

Or are you just very competative?

There's a gender thing I think. Women do really ill pretty well, but whine a lot about a cold that most men would ignore. Men do very ill pretty well too, though.

I was reading about how Mexicans sneaking into America are bringing with them some pretty awful diseases. Among them are Chagas Disease, Leprosy, TB & Bubonic Plague.

I bet I could catch all of them and still go to work the next day.

Rubbish!! Every man I know is appalling bad at being ill....

Nurse me, nurse me, woe is me blah blah blah

Its VERY rare that Im ill enough to take time off of work. Probably since my mum used to make me go to school no matter what ill state I was in when I was a kid.

Still, even so its not nice being ill at any time. So hope those of you who are ill feel better soon...

It's probably only girlies who will admit to being ill.

Not sure how you figure that tbh

Although at least we are sensible enough to actually take medicines and tablets etc in order to make ourselves better.

You men become martyrs (sp?) by being too 'ard to need to take medicines thus dragging any illness out for longer and sitting on the sofa whilst us girlies have to run about after you!

Ps. Im feeling quite feisty today!! hehe!

Man flu is a serious problem all over the world - the WHO has been baffled again and again by its specific and extreme symptoms, specifically the overwhelmig inability to go to work. What's more, the man flu virus can masquerade as a much less serious pathogen, such as the common cold.

    Shocking, and rather scary.
