    QUALITY!!

tbh with paypal, if the money has been sent to you, the problem should be with Paypal and the scammer tbh... your account shouldnt be touched, then again perhaps waiting for the money to get tranfered from someones back acc to paypal, then to yours would mean a much safer enviroment

Paypals T&C clearly state that they can basically screw you over (just in not a direct way )

Ive seen times where Paypal have come after the money MONTHS after the sale.

Don't sell to ANY 0 new members. I've just lost £120 doing this, 4 months after and positive feedback had been left!
    lies!

far better advice would be dont sell using paypal... If the buyer is in the UK, get them to do a bank transfer. Once its cleared and in your account, its safe to send the item...

There are plenty of first time buyers on ebay.. including me.. although I registered 2 years ago I bought first item today...

This sure sounds like a scam. I use Google to check e-mail addresses to see if they have been used for anything untoward.

On the few occassions that i've used eBay to sell items, i've stipulated that I will not ship outside of the UK under any circumstances and I was still bombarded with offers from abroad (particularly from Nigeria ironically enough) offering to pay me a king's ransom to buy my crappy mobile phone, for example.
