'Nuther put down for Hostel....only the potential for further nudity kept me watching, and the torture bits held me just to see what nasty thing they were going to do next (supposedly Hostelart II is more of the same, but with girls).
And another vote for Blair Witch. Great movie. Very well produced, genuinly atmospheric, great acting, superb conception, and now everyone gets snotty over it because of all the hype. The last scene genuinly left me creeped out.

hostel was pants. not remotley scary either, i found the saw series good, not scary.
I found the ring very deeply disturbing lol, really didnt want to ever see it again.
13 ghosts was a comedy in my eyes, was pants.
Halloween is a classic to be fair.
Oldboy a Korean movie.
Not exactly a horror but a very disturbing black comedy.
bit off topic, there was a film on not too long ago maybe three months on e4, it was set in vietnam i think, and there was these soldiers that got lost and stayed at this temple thing.. And this creepy chinese girl stalked them... freaked me out
