Enjoy, its strangly relaxing knowing you own your place! (well bristol & west own mine really...)

    Just need some pics now

(and is it an offset mortgage, i've been ranting about their greatness and simplicity today!)

    Re: I just bought a house :)

nope, its just a standard morgage
our deposit is roughly 25% of the value of the house, so that takes a fairly large chunk out of the money to pay. Mortgage repayments are going to be around £490/month.
I cant wait to move in, leave my own mark, and give my speakers a good place to sit

    WHAT!!

    that is soooooooo wrong!

Lets see, surely you can justify a server, htpc, laptop, desktop pc for 'work', a second htpc for the bedroom....

    Re: I just bought a house :)

Ah, congrats ! Always good to get on the ladder.

The missus' folks are from Royal Knightswood, and I spend a fair bit of time at World of Golf, so if we're passing I'll just look for the house with the glow coming from the (soon to be sold? ah, there's always sacrifices!) 24" monitor. Then I'll point and tell my missus that there's another Hexus geek in there

'Tis true how bizarrely close all the Hexus weegies are in Partick, Knightswood, Anniesland, etc. Do we have a member from "the Drum" yet ?!

Oh, and Sims Garden FT(C)W ! Although I just googled them, and the first thing that came up was a food hygiene report
