I used to be a bit heavier before but biking has sorted it all out.
Not fat but not a size 0 either. Never dieted , never watched what i ate, always been on the slim side.
not quite "A Fat" but close enough?

Im 6ft 1ins but also 16 stone...yet im not fat. I run 10-15 miles a week, bike ride and windsurf.
I also play alot of rugby.
Like someone else said, the BMI scale automatically defaults weight to fat rather than muscle.
I also think that all of you that say ' you eat like a horse and dont put on weight' are less than 25 years old.
You can still eat them, just expect to pay for it
I've definitely filled out a touch but at just over 13 stone and 6'3 I'm still the same 34" waist that I've been since about 18.
I'm thirty mate, and have still got a kickass metabolism. But I'm just waiting for the day when it starts to slow....then I'm going to run into problems. But then again my consumption of bad stuff like beer is minimal so I guess I avoid a few issues there. But I can quite safely put away the best part of a KFC family bucket and have room for desert when hungry, and still be back at my standard weight by the next morning.
I'm enjoying it while it lasts

I am not fat. IMO that's because I don't eat too much.
A more useful form of measurement of morbid obesity is the waist to hip ratio as people who are heavy because they excercise a lot tend to maintain the same ratio.

For the record, I'm about Homer Simpson sized....
Current guidelines concerning the BMI are largely based on this report prepared in 1998. (This link provides a link to the actual report as well as other related material.)
