Yep as soon as i hit 30 i started to put weight on faster,i`m 14stone at the moment so as of monday next week i`m on a diet,and giving up smoking and stopping drinking beer.
I used to have a very healthy metabolism, eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. That changed as I neared 30.
Last November I was close to 17 stone, doing hardly any exercise, eating very poorly (skipping meals and binge eating). I wasn't well - I didn't want to stick around. In May/June this year, I had a bout of pneumonia and crashed to 11 stone; I'm 6' 3".
Since then, I've been eating 3 meals a day, exercising (walking, kayaking and cycling) regularly. I rarely drink alcohol but still smoke (I'll sort that one day when I'm ready). I've put some weight back on but have never felt healthier, happier, or more intent on sticking around
Now I'm just right for a me-sized person, fitting into my skin very nicely

First of all - not fat (but i guess any ordinary 16-year-old won't be either if it weren't for genetically inherited fat)
I ,for one, think of myself as an athletic and sporty one - I go to the pool 3 times a week and do ye ol' push-ups ,pull-ups etc.IMO the only true way to find out your ideal weight (only for the boys) is to subtract 110 from your height in cm (sorry for the metrics ,simply not from Britain).So if say I'm 170 cm tall -> I need to be 60 kilos.
I don't move too much but my methabolism burn good. A lot of people can handle fatness this way
Non Fat - 24 bmi Cutting it close, but do have some muscles so that's my excuse
I'm more of atwig than a tree, or even branch.
I'm not fat. I think 2yo me is fatter than 18yo me
Last time I checked I was roughly around the 13 stone mark, and about 6ft 2, although that was a year or 2 ago! Ive got a 32/34 inch waist, dependant on the make of trousers! But lately I just feel fat! seriously im starting to get a bit of a stomach. But according the BMI thing im well within limits, but trouble is I really do eat alot of junk/crap foods, combined with now NO excerse at all, I spend my days at work, or in the car, pretty much week in week out! so at some point soon il be looking for a gym, any recomendations?
Ive gone down from 14st to 11st.
Everyone who knew me from a couple of years ago could remember the 8.5st me, I hated summer as that would mean t-shirts which was a no-no.
The gf thinks i'm too skinny again but I like the leaner me, can't stand macho big guys.
I think I'm underweight at the moment, but I do have to do lots of exercise and dieting all the time to keep this slim. I think I weigh under 10 stone, and I'm 5`6
not sure what im clased as, but im trying to get/stay healthy
