Nah, it's easy. I manage about 20-25 pieces of fresh fruit a day, and it's easy .... so I must be mega-healthy.

I like raisins on my cereal.

Very unhealthy overall though, what with the full Sunday lunch yesterday, and the French dinner we went onto which comprised of nothing more than slabs of meat and melted cheese (oh, and a few potatoes). I worked out how much I'd eaten afterwards (not including the homemade icecream dessert) and I reckon I put away around 8000 calories....Do you think the small salad I had on the side helped to balance it out?
Raclette by any chance? It's evil but gorgeous!

We had Baked Camembert for tea yesterday, so i guess I'm just craving vitamins today.

Raclette!!! That's the one....we had the raclette cheese, as well as some lovely goat cheese and some really smooth stilton....ooooh, so good.

Those baked camembert are evil too....I had it at Cafe Rouge originally. Gorgeous with fresh baguette. They're known by the more catchy name of Baked Myocardial Infarction in medical circles

Yup, but they're oh so good!

Baked Camembert (says it all), Raclette (grilled cheese, potatoes and cured meat) and Fondue (alcoholic melted cheese) are all my faves. Can't wait to move to france! (and go to switzerland in March for fondue)

    Cheese FTW everytime.

    Re: 5 a day - Who's managed it today?

I managed about 15 a day once, when I was trying to use up all the veg in the fridge.

The word "ass-plosion" springs to mind for my experience the next day.

I've sorta relaised today how much junk I eat in a week, I really need to stop and eat more healthy stuff. The trouble is the health stuff goes right through me when I eat it so I tend to stay away from it.

    I've managed 3 today - impressive considering that I'm a teenager/student/general purpose slob.

I love all vegetables, but you wont find me near a citrus fruit!
