IMO, move on and learn the lesson. She will never forget it and as said before, you can damn well bet on it that she will try and bring it up in her favour if you ever do get back together. Also, again said before, if she was "the one" then you wouldn't have kissed another girl, simple as. You're just young, everyone feels the same about their first love. Heck, I'm approaching 30 (fast) and still fondly remember my first true love from when I was 16-17 or so...
