I have this same mouse (M-BAC-DEL5) as it was given to me by a friend... I do have a question though: Where are the drivers for it for vista? It just doesn't work. Plug and pray seems to give me errors about how it's missing a crucial string because the INF has something to do with Win95?? Not sure... but at any rate I'd love to know where I can find the drivers for this for Windows Vista.
Thanks
THIS?
I've tried it... but it doesn't actually solve the issue of the mouse not working in vista... under the description, it's for "Optical Premium Software Patch for Solving MS Office 2007 Scrolling Issue"... it doesn't appear to install the drivers for the mouse... it's just meant to fix that one particular issue. :\
Thank you.
The bank I work for is so stingy that the new computers have mice with balls in them. Then again that sums this place up nicely.
To be fair this is the same bank that is getting rid of staff to replace them with temps at much higher cost to them (and of course much lower productivity) becuase their wages come from a slightly different balance sheet.
No doubt some manager got a promotion for 'reducing costs'.
So I'm the only person who actually likes these? I swiped a few from my last place of work, and I'm using them where I work now in place of the nasty ones that they supply. Granted, they're no G9 but then what do you expect for something supplied with a PC?
Why are there no vista drivers for this mouse?? Haha... it's aggravating.
nope I have 1 or 2, maybe 3..
I'm the designated pc guy at where i 'work' so i carry spares for a lot of things..
only got the job after the other guy thought this was a good idea:-
battery charger for scooter, plugged in wall supplying 8 amp charge, guy drops paper clip into one of the vents, tries to remove it with a screwdriver while it's still turned on.. charger cover sticks in ceiling, lots of smoke, guy says "how did that happen?"
anyway.. dell mice, I had one with a lever instead of scrolly wheel, everytime you pressed the lever you got a B.S.O.D. it is now in about 100 pieces and very flat. a sledge hammer sorted it...
