    Paypal Advice Please

I bought an item last week from a website (www.joolsinternational.com) and paid with Paypal. I've been trying to contact them to find out when the item will be despatched and believe the company may be in liquidation according to http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/bc...17/compdetails

As the Paypal transaction was funded with a credit card, do I speak to the credit card company first or do I have to file a claim in Paypal?

    Thank you.

Paypal scare me, I'd just go straight to the credit card company.

paypal are about as much use in despute settling as the welsh are at having an economy (i've been slacking on dissing them lately).

ingore them, goto your card company, generally they will bend over backwards to keep your custom.
throw new ArgumentException (String, String, Exception)
