So if the guy is highlighting the way Americans seem to think they can sue anyone/thing then surely he is having a pop and the American culture! dont see why they hell we cant then!

At no point did i say Americans were stupid, but what you have to look at is the vast amount this case will have cost, in resources and time, to the american court system, and therefore the american taxpayer. This, imo, makes the litigator a grade A swine, and as Madduck so politely put it, an attention whore.

and to quote something i read on bash.org and more than likely has ripped off some comedian in the past :
