Surely for the whole potato to actually go up 'there', I guessing it would have had to been covered in a lubricant of some sort. Also the fact that surgery was required means it went in quite deep. Of course I could be wrong, but if that was the case that was some seriously unlucky freak accident and I imagine it would have been very painful.

I reckon it's something a bit kinky gone wrong. surely if someone fell the sheer weight + arse cheeks would make it painful but not lodge it right up there.
