    Why do you think that?
Whether you are american, english or from anywhere for that matter, promises are empty unless fulfilled.

All Obama has done, (and the hundreds of elected leaders in any country before him), is make alot of hype around things that he says he will do.

Before you get all excited, see what he actually does because lets be totally honest, all he has done so far is beat an OAP with a redneck sidekick.
It was hardly the toughest choice now was it?

spot on. even if his black, white, green, pink it doesnt matter. to me obama makes a great advertising person, promoting something well. now its time to see if he can actually fulfill those promises. nothing to jump and rave about as far as i can see

True, as with all elected leaders, its best to wait and see what they actually do. TBH though I cant see how he can do any worse then that monkey before him but you never know.

I'm not having ago at you, but he's not a black or African-American. I really wish this nonsense was once and for all lost. Lewis Hamilton, Tiger Woods, Barack Obama are not black or African-American or whatever label people want to stick upon them just because their appearance is not white/Caucasian. Sorry it really pisses me off. Whilst I'm aware of the significance of a non-white face in the Whitehouse it does not mean that Obama is a black POTUS any more than someone who was of Chinese-Asian origin being the first yellow POTUS (which really should be Homer or Lisa Simpson).

I'll have a peep at the other thread(s) - Mod merge?

The President from Independence Day... he FLYERATES A JET FIGHTA AGENST TEH ALIANS!

A lot of people think Obama will be a sort of Blair figure - lots of spin, lots of success at the polls, but not that great as a PM \ Pres.

He works with jack so hes won . But then he did get assasinated (his brother) and the other got an attempted assasination, see a trend here?
I hope not though, will be good for a black president if he lives up to what hes said.
