Its not hard, you a retard. Live with it.

Just get some good quality paper, paperchase has lots of this quite cheaply right now.

Get some tape in a small dispenser you can use one handed, or between ur knees, sharpe scissors you can use just as a blade to cut the paper. And a selection of ribbons, the rest is just a test of your origami skills!

Re: why is wrapping so difficult?

Hate wrapping presents. The paper always ends up ripped to shreds so I struggle to care about the wrapping. To make my life easier I always try to buy things that come in regular boxes .

Re: why is wrapping so difficult?

I love wrapping... However due to my lack of one of my opposable thumbs this year (skiing accident last week) I'm finding it very difficult... none of the usual bows and fluff.

The cat is useless at helping too.

Mate, I believe TheAnimus is dyslexic, and as such, struggles to spot errors like that.

Give him a break, it is Christmas

Doesn't give him the right to insult him for no reason though does it?

Just because he can't wrap very well? He can't use grammar correctly, thus more deserving of the retard title...

I agree.........dyslexic or not, using the word retard shows people up for what they really are.
Its only people that cannot express themselves properly that use words like that anyway................its limited vocabulary and a only a stones throws from just grunting instead of speaking.
I also have no idea what the username being in green is for, hopefully not some kind of priviledge here. If so, then act like someone with priviledge Animus and not a pratt!

Re: why is wrapping so difficult?

It's a man thing. I suck at it too. I'm sure some men evolved to be capable of doing it, but not I.

The secret is to get the girlfriend/wife to wrap your mothers and your mother to wrap the girlfriend/wife's. Christmas saved, job done.

Yes those are the only two people I buy presents for.

Re: why is wrapping so difficult?

I find silver duct tape really sets off any chrismas gift wrapping.

And draws the eye from the shabby paper

Also, I love using that hard to tear plastic christmas wrapping & extra tape sealing every gap, is great fun when wrapping kids presents. Watching them furiously trying to get into their gifts is a source of great entertainment

Sounds as if I'm the only one that finds wrapping stuff really easy! What's so difficult? Place the object on the paper, fold paper round it and then tape it up. Sorted!

Re: why is wrapping so difficult?

I have an awesome present idea, need to find out if it's released or not yet, if not going to patent it, will make wrapping presents sooooooooo easy

I find it easy enough to wrap presents as it is

Re: why is wrapping so difficult?

What you need is a shrink wrapper and to find someone who makes a christmas paper type of shrink wrap, sorted! You'd just need to be careful on chocolates as they'd most likely melt
