Cheap paper makes it worse/difficult.
Wine & Wine Bags ftw!
Try some different flippers.
Aaaaah, i missed out on my festive fail this year, 'cos my mum decided that she loved wrapping things, so we all just offloaded everything onto her, and for some reason she really enjoyed it
I generally find that women are better at it then men, well thats the excuse I give when I'm asked to wrap
I'm pretty good at wrapping square/rectangular objects (DVD's/CD's/Game's) but when it comes to anything complicated I'm stumped.
Its easy.
1. Buy 5 times the amount you actually need.
2. Buy about 10 rolls of tape.
3. Make the usual mess of wrapping, but use so much tape and paper, no-one notices.

Gift bags for the win
Or get a woman to do it for you.
I find it really hard to wrap up ten pound notes... because that's about all they'll get, not had time for xmas shopping this year due to them barstewards called my employers.
because men just can't wrap, don't worry about it
Men can wrap, they just don't take the time and effort that a woman does to make it look as good at it could be, when me and the missus do the cristmas wrapping (4 kids so loads of wrapping) hers is always better but I always get alot more done than she does!
Someone left a note on a piece of cake in the fridge that said, "Do not eat!". I ate the cake and left a note saying, "Yuck, who the hell eats paper ?
I don't really enjoy wrapping presents, but I think I'm pretty good at it.
Just takes some patience.
