Small update, if anyone is interested. 30-odd working days and two emails later, I've received a response from the store. Apparently, I won't be receiving a slapchop due to stock delays. However, a refund has been offered. Keeping my fingers, toes and eyes crossed, whilst inducing a mild form of testicular torsion hoping that the refund goes smoothly.
