Pretty easy really. Connect to hexus via a machine with a different IP. Easy way to do this is to set up a socks proxy to another machine, and configure your browser to use the proxy. Then bingo - you now appear to have a different IP even though you are using the same physical machine.

I bought some socks from GAP the other day, they were £5, they said I could have three pairs for £12, but I thought, no I'm not buying three pairs of your so called "socks" for all I know they could be rubbish socks and have holes in them, and lo and behold the one pair of socks I did buy, DID have a hole in it!

But in regards to your message, do I need special socks like from Marks and Spencers?, or would any socks do, like the inferior socks I bought from GAP?

Was it really a hole? Or was it really more of a sort of.. opening.. into a dark and possibly warm tunnel?

That aside I think you have been ripped off - both BHS and M&S do superior socks for considerably less capital expendature.

It was smaller, it had one large hole, and then a much smaller hole at the end of the tunnel, I could see the light through it, should I go towards the light? or away from the light? If anything, I'd say it was at roughly room temperature.

Primark do inferior socks for even less capital expenditure. I think the last time I went it was about 50p per metric ton of socks!
