    Weights questions......

How can i get rid of my bingo wings?

I already do tricep kick backs and the one where you hold a weight in both hands behind your head and lift it up.

    What else?

Also apart from bench pressing / pressups what else can i do to improve my pecs?

bingo arms: rowing. but make sure you do it properly to save your back.

pecs: those lateral pull downs help i think. posture.
go to a gym and ask advice - that way you also get to see how exercises are done properly, if done wrong you can seriously damage yourself...

Triceps - Dips, use a bench or chairs if you have to. Also, Behind the neck press with a barbell.

Pecs - if you can, vary the inclination of the bench on the b-press, also vary the grip width. Close grip will give depth, wide will give width.

Also, with any work out, it's a bit of extra hassle, but when you've maxed out on a weight, quickly reduce the weight then knock some more out until you max, reduce it again, max out and so on. You'll find you can add numerous extra reps. This is easier with a friend who can make the quick change for you, and then you for him.

If you have a big home gym or go to the gym, try the pec-deck. Personally I try to avoid the machines and stick with free-weights - proven more effective. But use what you can. Something is better than nothing.

One last thing, up your protein in-take. It's absolutely vital for good mass gain.

Too much effort to talk about mass gain, there's way too much to it.
