After the 3rd offence you have your vocal cords removed - that's a fair and justified response from the copyright holders, right?
Being a musician, I find the PRS's recent antics shocking and disgraceful. The whole Google music video thing was just an attempt at pushing a company for more money for the hell of it. The amount of people they scare regarding radio's etc. who just end up ditching them in the bin is unreal. A local store near me had a similar thing happen. A douche from the PRS strolled into the store and demanded they buy a license or remove the stereo. Instead they turned on the TV (which they had a license for) and put Radio 1 on. The PRS couldn't do anything, as it wasn't specifically a device for listening to music
