Whilst I don't believe Darwin's theory is definitive, this seems like a gullibility trap tbh.

I read that thinking "this is either fake, or written by an american"..that says a few things, no?
The funny thing is that even if it is fake (and i'm fairly sure it is) there are people who will believe such things..madness.
America is a joke, and they have only themselves to blame, their generations are regressing in scientific knowledge, their funding of scientific research has been steadily regressing proportionally, they already have a majority of people who are duped into believing the universe is only 6,000 years old, dinosaur fossils are a hoax, radiometric dating is irrelevant, and evolution is some kind of leftist conspiracy to steal Jesus from them. They need to stop believing in ignorance, and start thinking for themselves.

When you generalise, you'll find they are general lies.
I think there's a strong case of man bites dog journalism contributing to the world's perception of America. The nutjobs are more interesting than the average citizens so they are always the ones that get reported, which only leads to a perception that everyone is a nutjob. I stopped hating on America when I realised most of the attacks also applied to Britain. Fat, stupid, self centred, etc.
I've seen the top half of this letter about the tomatoes before and thought it was obviously a wind up, but now that I've seen the rest of it I'm not so sure.
