To relax I visit the dojo and throw a mate around the mats for an hour or so, then I spend a bit of time meditating. Works wonders.

Ooh, being in a dojo it's indeed lovely I used to do that before..but not anymore though. But I remember how it way
And I did also meditate before..I did that in the darkness inside the dojo actually..which was nice and comfortable, and relaxing

I imagine that it is stressful for them too having you there again. Personally I would talk it out with them, and like someone else mentioned make your room your inviolable refuge.
On the monday after the weekend i moved home, i was in a foul mood all day and my mum was trying to help me sort my room out - couldnt move at the time for boxes i sat on my bedroom floor and just cried for about twenty minutes in front of her.... she asked me what was wrong so i told her, that i didnt want to be here, that i didnt want to move home and that i felt trapped into making the decision; because if me and tumble want a house next year staying in halls really isnt the best option for me cos its too expensive. But at the same time, all my friends moved into houses in their second year, no1 is planning on moving out and were now moving into our third year. So ive moved home.

You cant talk to my dad, everything is everybody elses fault but his own.... he cant see the way he speaks to people and that his attitude gets a snappy irritated response in return, so then he gets annoyed.

Sometimes you have to suffer in the present to make the future a brighter more nice place

Well over the recent weeks, things havent been too bad. Ive unpacked, i feel like i live here abit more now... ive started placement which is getting me out the house more and ive picked up my essays again.

This is the last step before me and tim move in together and thats one of the things which is keeping me going, cos this time next year we might be picking up keys for a house and planning stuff for it.... and it may sound sad or pathetic, but that really is keeping me sane at the moment

But then there is other moments when im just like 'argggggggggggggggggggh'
