    I-Tech problem with WOW order

Me and my friend have ordered World Of Warcraft from www.i-techcom.co.uk

Never heard of them before, but found them on kelkoo and they were the only ones to have stock. They claim to have high stock of WOW specifically in item description AND on front page on top of the normal stock indicator.

Friend ordered on the 8th of March, i followed a day later (wednesday last week). I know Flakvin also ordered WOW from them.

They have taken money the same day (the correct amount). Having stared at the "processing" tag for days both me and Ruslan have called them and were told that our orders will definately be despatched on thursday to arrive on Friday. Nothing arrived and they did not pick up any of their phones today. Emails have been unanswered too.

Another suspicious thing is that my order number is 3** and my friends is also 3** (just 30 less than me), which is strange for a web shop.

People have started to post negative reviews for the items, lets hope this stops any other happless buyers from ordering.

If anyone has used them before please tell us about your experiences.

Also is it possible to find out whether this really is a legitimate online store or if it is indeed a scam as some of us are starting to think. I am still hopeful, but am more and more worried.

    Any help will be appreciated.

Hi sorry to join this great community under such sucky circumstances but still , heya and any help would be greatly appreciated their Customer Support is supposedly based in :

    i-Tech Customer Service Division
    i-Tech House
    358 High Street
    Rochester
    Kent

i dont suppose anybody lives anywhere close to be able to investigate em?

Update : the admin of the site just deleted all the negative feedback that obviously doesnt look promising.Any ideas? i think the positive feedback is fake : notice double !! marks after brilliant on last 2 reviews it looks just like 1 person posted all those

Update: ok we are now screwed i think they just deleted any trace of my order on the site.Only had the time to screenshot the main page not enough time to screenie the actuall order

Well, after a brief exchange of abusive reviews (not by me or Skaramush I must say, we were restrained and constructive) and rapid deletions of said reviews the situation is now as follows. Skaramushes order has been removed. He got a message saying he is supposed to use normal support channels rather than reviews (which is fair enough, or would be, if the normal channels worked). He is now writing back explaining why he had to use the review system and requesting for his order to be reinstated.

My order is still there (touch wood), although i am not sure if its a blessing or a curse.

One of the other reviewers said he took screen shots and is gonna take em to courte. Doubt anything will come out of that, since as long as they return the money they have not commited a crime. I took some screenies as well, but I doubt they'll be of any use.

it is mighty suspicious that they have a person on hand to erase reviews rather than people to sort the problem or answer support.

Anyone knows where we can check if the company actually exists?

Also. When they took the money it didn't say I-tech but some Corner shop. Which i find dodgy.

That's a bit dodgy. I study stuff like this in my law classes at uni. I could always dig up some sections of law which cover it

Well, called me bank. Am gonna print all the emails and screenshots and send it to them. Basically it looks like it is indeed a scam and i am VERY SORRY i found this site and recommended it to others. Whoever used them - call your banks now. I can provide screenshots of item description and main page.

    We live and learn, eh.

cool great mmm so far ive played SWG which i ordered from Canada!!! and it arrived under 5 days but evil sony and lack of customer support or content + jedi whiners killed it for me over 2 months, Planetside played for over a year 1 month out of 3 got bored, Eve-online played for over 6 months but gave up cause lack of content etc Evercrack beta yack) Neocron 2 beta even bigger yack, Ultima online too much noob ganking,Acheron's Call 2 wasnt that attractive to me either after a trial, FFXI played a few months but no instances so kinda sucky too with economy ruined and gil campers 24/7 camping any decent spots was really looking forward to Mythica and WOw , mythica got cancelled and couldnt get wow cause was out of cash since i still didnt get any of my 2nd term loan and only got some cash from parents now and been screwed over by itech.

Thats pretty much story up to date

We'll give em a call and check. MX2 don't give stock levels either. A bit annoying that.
