How often does it update? Either they're asleep, or it's not updating....
I have set it to update every 1 second, as I am running a http server on my machine, the ants dont move that much you should be able to see the time stamp going up though, if that is working then the ants are sleeping.

You should (I think) come up with a username and password box (haven't forwarded port 80 yet as forgotten password!).
P.S. I haven't got the ants yet, just trying to configure the cam with dyndns.

Maybe you should consider doing a Timelapse instead of live webcam. Timelapse would be far easier than streaming and damn more interesting to watch like this...
