Only ever had a few orders from Scan, always been put off by, err, the high delivery charges ¬¬

Free delivery isn't just a nice little extra, it makes browsing and comparing prices so much easier... As you often need to go half way through an order process just to discover that the particular e-tailer you're using wants to charge a small fortune for their courier service, and gives no option for other services :\

Edit: Damn, actually, their watercooling range is far more limited than I had thought =<

David, Carlh: I've sent you both the same details.

Hopefully, looking into the problems I had, will ensure that they don't happen to other people in future.
    Thanks.

    You spent £2.5million?

Thanks for this scan, hopefully the extra business this generates is enough to offset the cost of the postage to make this viable as a permanent arrangement

    Impressive.

Have to admit I have started ordering more from Scan now than other stores.

You can be assured that the next order for a PC will definatly be coming through you guys at Scan. I always took the risk of using other companies because it was slightly cheaper but since the support forums and this have arrived i see very little point in shopping elsewhere. Definatly a good business plan

I love Hexus, and now I really love Scan.

I have always liked Scan, but the postage was always the downer.

Is this open to education establishments too or just home use?
