I do think bazzlad should not be using not_your_punks real name as we all know his location wall heath, west midlands.
Someone might (Very unlikely) use this information against him, and somebody might live near enough to him or know him.
And he might not want other people knowing this info.
What is normally good about forums is you can talk about nearly anything including illegal substances without getting into any trouble and get good honest replys from people.
But please dont use peoples real names

Yeah its a bitch alright, my mum actually shopped me when I was 15.
To cut a long story short she found some weed in a my trouser pocket (washing em), and said if she found any more she would shop me, turns out I had some more lying about (which I forgot about, probably stoned) she found it and took me down cop shop, I got a warning which lasted fully 14 days (until I was 16).
My mum went up the wall very upset about it etc. but now she realises that she over reacted and is pretty cool about, now if she finds any she gives it me back and dont say owt (which is helpful when you have lost it).
Moral of the story "Only users lose drugs"
By way I read a comment in this post about weed leading on to other, harder drugs. This the biggest load of crud I have ever heard (and I have heard it alot).
Alcohol is a drug, caffeine is (an addictive one at that) so is tobaco and many others. The only reason that people who smoke weed go onto other drugs is because they have taken one illegal drug and enjoyed it, it is its categorisation as an illegal drug that leads to people using harder drugs.
The reason the government wont legalise it is because its not taxable enough, if they legalise it people will grow it and smoke it, tobaco and alcohol can be done as easy (I know you can make beer but the expense and quantitites are very differen).

I HATE DRUGS... ANY FORM.... UNLESS PRESCRIBED....ANYONE DOING DRUGS... OR OTHER ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES... DESERVES WHAT THEY GET...
its like saying I was doing 150mph on an empty road... i wasnt causing trouble...
30 - 70mph (depending on the road) is the limit and thats the LAW... u KNOW the law.. so dont break it, if u do, this happens.
nyp: getting kicked out of home shouldn't affect college iirc, go into the college and talk to the people there, odds are that they've had people in a similar situation before and might be able to give you some good advice
