Contract vs PAYG Marketing Phone calls.

I used PAYG for years. Through high school til up until 6 months ago. Never had marketing/survey phonecalls.

Now I'm on contract, I get on average 2 a week, all mobile phone/technology related.

Anyone else get the same?

Same with contract (Orange).

Got one of the free Vodafone sims that were going around in Hexus.bargains over Christmas/New Year, and will be moving over to that in the near future (basically when I can be bothered to cancel my contract).

I think you can register mobiles with the TPS, that should stop most of them.

My home phone has been registered for yonks, on Friday afternoon I signed my mobile up after getting incessently pestered throughout the day.

We shall see how it pans out..
