Thank you - I'm a complete noob with monitors.

    Updated 2007?

I was also tempted to buy one but if there's a newer model coming out I may wait.

Can't remember where I read it, but I heard the reason Dell are doing such discounts on the 2007 atm is because there is a new one with Component Video on it coming out, which could be rather handy

I had a similar problem with the one I bought from PC World for £189. Except the couldn't hear the noise in the store due high background noise.

I've been looking at the Daewoo for my new setup - but do they all suffer from bad backlight bleeds?

If its a no go I`ll get the Belina 22" Widescreen instead, no DVI but said to be a decent cheap WS monitor...

Has the 22" Daewoo L2200DM a 1:1 pixel mapping support in the OSD?

I got the 22'' Daewoo from Scan at the weekend, It looks the business in white, real good quality to the build and the picture is stunning through DVI, 100% recommended if anyone is on the fence about getting one.

Best £200 i've spent in a long time.
