What about the pixel mapping, has it a 1:1 option in the menu?
Isn't that usually a driver level option?
Cool, whats it like for general use, gaming, can you tilt the screen, etc? Is it better than your last monitor?
We need a mini review

Would be very helpful if someone who owns Scan's 22" Daewoo could have a look into the monitor menu and look if their is a an option to switch off the non-native rez interpolation.
Didn't you just ask that 4 posts earlier?
hehe
#51: 'Is there an option on the menu to stop it from stretching/shrinking the display to fit the screen when the input has fewer/more pixels than the native resolution.'

Guys
I'll try and get a mini review up later - need to throw a few more games at it 1st.
it's superb for gaming, and yes the screen tilts.
those other questions scared me a bit, I'll check the manual after.
Cheers

OK Guys - Mini Review as promised.
First, although I'm pretty clued up on other hardware items, Graphics, CPU's etc, Monitors of any kind are not my forey by any means.
Anyway - what does a few quid over £200 get you these days?
Answer - Lots...This monitor should in my eyes cost more, the build quality is fab its like a great big ipod the (playstation 2 blue) power button looks ace, and I don't think I've seen a better looking flat screen monitor, certainly not near this price range.
Packaging is fairly minimal, comes in daewoo retail box with carry handle, small manual and a 15pin vga2vga cable. (no dvi cable or driver cd) (lucky i had dvi cable handy)
I had it put together and connected up within 5 mins, smooth white gloss metal stand screws to back of screen and allows to tilt approx 30 degrees.
The menu has all sorts of setting most of which I'll never touch, I noticed while doing this little review, the menu has three setting to select depending on what your using monitor for these are "PC" "Game" "Movie" and it adjusts brightness to suit each one. Nice little touch. You can also switch Auto Adjust On or Off to stop screen stretching.
The quality of the screen itself is in my opinion simply outstanding, I've not seen any other 22'' LCD, I can only base on my old 19'' HP CRT, but it's in a different league completely. Games come to life playing on this LCD, I use 1380x760 ( i think) and games like Dark Messiah which has native Widescreen look out of this world.
Watched a movie last night on it (teminator 2 special edish) and that also looked crisp and sharp and fantastic colour.
I could ramble on about this monitor, but to get the point across, a friend came round and saw it on Saturday, he's expecting Delivery of one Tomorrow !!
So if your in the market for a 22'' 'Widescreen LCD monitor, I genuinly wouldn't look elsewhere, I was a bit worried about the Daewoo brand (my grandads car was shyte ) but never needed to worry, as I said before, best £200 I've spent in a looooong time.
Get one....

Cheers drew, good lad
Why dont you play games at 1680x1050 isnt this the native res?

I start to notice a bit of slowdown at that res - although it does look fab. I'm due a graphics card upgrade then I'll be fine.
