No nvidia or AMD graphics for sale in UK atm ?

I've been keeping an eye out for a specific couple of 3060 Ti cards (EVGA XC and ASUS Dual Mini - the only two which will fit in my diminutive case). Nothing so far. Slightly worrying is that CCL appear to have jacked the price of the EVGA XC up from £399.99 to £599.99 - even though the FTW card remains at £439.98 so I hope that's a mistake. There's no way in hell I'm paying 600 quid for a 3060 Ti, that's a 50% price hike - I really hope that is a mistake.

Just a follow up on this - I queried the price last week with CCL and I got a reply today:

"The price you can see is just a random price our system assigns when it is out of stock and may not reflect the actual price when stock becomes available"

I'm going to hold them to that when they finally get some stock in, but as it stands I retract my statement that they "appear to have jacked the price... up" and although I did not directly accuse them of doing so I recognise that words like these can be misconstrued (especially since GPU availability is such a hot button topic just now) so I am sorry for any reputational damage I may have caused to CCL through my speculation.

I have been trying to buy a 3080 since release, I have noticed that not only scalpers are engaged in a bit of price gouging, online stores are just as guilty. One thing I looked at had gone up £100 and still not available. I might be able to buy one at a reasonable price sometime in 2022. Probably.

Well after eight days of regular checking absolutely nothing from Scan, OCuk or Nvidia; nada. Just a few notifications on twitter of overpriced cards in German. I guess I will look back in April. Will be gutted if I miss the 3070 FE as I assume it will be a limited run.

My old reinstated 680 is holding up quite well since my £500 1080ti failed a few months out of warranty and Gigabyte reneged on their £50 over warranty service (as no components available to repair).

Same sentiment here. Really want that 3070 FE, if not 3060Ti FE. 3070 FE definitely looks nicer IMO and the extra performance helps.

Why would anyone buy one at that price though, NVidia have really screwed up here, no stock, AIB's priced at the level above prices, madness...

I think it's probably reasonable to guess they aren't being bought by gamers but people who want to make money, either for using the cards to mine or just for selling on at a higher price to someone else who wants to do the same.

Given that's in the 3d printers section not the graphics card section, I hope it's an actual graphics card and not a printed 3d model of one.

chaps please remove the links, once they get too public the bots and real scalpers land and instead of prices coming down they get driven up. At the moment there is resistance to the prices from a lot of forum users over there.

Well, that's EVGA upped the price of the 3060Ti XC by €40 ex VAT for the price direct from them. Things just keep getting better and better

Can't even buy it directly from EVGA (been on their EU notification/waiting list for nearly 2 months now) - what hope is there to get it from a reseller?

I managed to bag a 3070 from Scan over the phone last week. It's the evga ftw3 ultra. Have now joined their step up program and hopefully will get the 3080 by march!

Did you just phone Scan up on the off chance? I keep looking but absolutely zilch showing up online in the Nvidia shop or Scan. Not receiving any notifications about stock except Twitter telling me about over priced stuff in Italy/Germany.

official sales channels are just hopeless at this point and the prices had all been adjusted higher. try market places and you might find a decent deal like I did, £650 for a GB Aorus master 3070. still above MSRP but MSRP don't mean crap these days to anyone.
