Desktop Icons - No Image?

There is most likely a very fast and simple fix for this but its beyond me on what I need to do to fix it...



The Icons for both HL2 and TF2 no longer have images present for their desktop icons, I have tried Right Clicking > Properties > Change Icon and at this point I get a pop up saying



Does anyone know what the problem might be and how I can restore the Icons so they display their desktop image again?

The icon files have been moved/deleted probably due to a Steam update, delete the shortcuts and re-enable them through Steam in the game's right-click properties menu.

Thanks a lot, I know it was only a silly problem but it was driving me mad, I knew it would be something fast and simple though
