Bandwidth Limiter

I was just wondering if there was any way I could limit how much bandwidth / download speed my folks get for their PC as we both share the same net connection?

I don't know of any free programs though

i use netlimiter, nice and easy to use well recommended, just hate getting high pings when playing games so this is a solution.

Some routers have bandwidth management built in, so take a look in the manual - you might be lucky!
