Argos is the best (only?) bet at the moment - keep checking iStockChecker, reservations ARE becoming available constantly as people's expire.
I've just had mine extended via @ArgosHelpers on twitter so looks like I may be in luck depending on when/if they drop the price - took about an hour to get it sorted (20 min after my tweet to get them to follow me, then 40 min after my DM before they confirmed it).
Of course no guarantees still but best bet at the moment..

I got a message back from Argos saying my reservation couldn't be extended, stupid store closes at 17:30 in my area, much earlier than others
Oh well, at least I have a better possibility of scooping up an awesome deal for the HP Pre3.

Now they said that it has been extended and they sent a tweet earlier.That is BS as there was no tweet.
It would have been far simpler if HP had just told retailers to drop the price on a particular day and allocated all the stock they could for that day.

I'm looking to get one for my mother, score some points to keep those free cooked dinners coming.
I don't want the reservation code, I'd like the product. I can't fetch something in Kent... However I'll ask Argos to extend the reservation and pay for petrol/postage if you planned on fetching the TouchPad and mailed it to me
