Anyone else using demon?
we cant send email's out, we get a 550 relay not allowed message.
Spoke to there helpdesk who say were an open relay.
were not, check out bentley.demon.co.uk if you like.
Then they said that one of our auth'd users were sending crap, there not.
There textchat people say were not blacklisted and were not an open relay so, I think demon have changed something there end and as such there servers dont work...

Anyone else having trouble?
post.demon.co.uk is the outgoing were trying to use btw...

That's the correct server name, without authentication if I remember rightly.

Found the problem, since they've tightened the security on there mail server's out other domains dont work so looks like they havent brought over the settings from the old servers.
Spoke to Biku obviously from england somewhere who has now lifted the block on our other domains, nice seeing as textchat said we werent blocked, Biku said we were open, which were not, then he said one of our users was sending spam, then when I did a bit more digging he unblocked us even after he said we werent blocked..

now looking for some sort of managed email service with 100% uptime that we can redirect our catchall address to and send out smtp auith'd thur over our 4 domains...
