    64 days on a wrt54gl with dd-wrt firmware... went away, so was forced to switch off.

    At that time in my previous address, the router was a US Robotics USR9105 wired which ran Linux.

    Now I wanted Wireless and got a Netgear DG834GT and even though I sync at double the speed now, the initial loading of webpages it significally slower than the US Robotics I've noticed.

    ISP = Pipex = Tiscal!

    Re: What's your router's uptime?

    About a week - Just got myself a new router, my old WNR834M recently died.

    The WNR834M did have an uptime of just under 8 months though =]

    BT homehubs...it also lies about the connection speed...

    I'd use my linux router which has happily run for months on end at uni but then we wouldn't have wireless.

    Re: What's your router's uptime?

    Not very long at the moment, it resynced for no reason (other than ISP being Pipex) the other day and the stats are fine so it must have been them IMO. I haven't touched the router since I moved here on the 19th of May and got ADSL working on the 21st May iirc but I had a powercut a while ago.

    Re: What's your router's uptime?

    I thought I would revive this thread

    I accidently rebooted it with 20 days on it.

    A couple of UPS have got my network through 2 powercuts, I still want to browse on my laptop when there isn't any power!
