Internet connection keeps dropping!! arrr

Hi, my internet connection keeps dropping after about 20 minutes! I am with ntlworld, have a linksys router and a netgear FA311 network card. On my network there is just my computer and my sisters computer. When the connection goes on my comp, my sisters comp still works fine and the only way to restore my connecton is to restart my comp :S

So this leads me to believe that it is not ntlworld or the router but either the network card or my computer, my sister also has the same network card as me. Also I have just formatted my comp to see if that may solve it, but the problem is still going on! Arrrr please any help would be appriciated! :S

ntlworld dial up is pants these days......33.6 if you're lucky....

I am using ntlworld broadband, not dialup.
