Bulldog on Watchdog now - 7pm

Bulldog Broadband appear to be under scrutiny from a bigger name, Watchdog, on BBC1 right now

Time you got a HTPC to record one show while watching another with dual tuners

At least the guy fronting for Bulldog stuck his hands up and admitted it was a fair cop.... I would not go near Bulldog.
What we share with everyone is glum, and dark...

To summarise, customer services are crap. People trying to leave and getting bounced around different departments, and others are trying to reach someone say it has been nigh impossible apparently. One customer said "Bulldog? I think it should be called Bullsomethingelse"

Customer service is abmismal, they say they can't cope with the demand for their service. 27% of customers say they are intending to leave the service. Some guy from bulldog stated that was a July issue - when they had merely 50 customer service employees, this has now apparently been upped to 250. 22% of new customers say their service isnt up to scratch (speeds etc.)

I've recently had a good Bulldog experience! I spent a month in stasis with them whilst trying to get connected and finally got fed up and cancelled the order (after many many phone calls). Two days later, they dispatched my wireless router. I'm now using said wireless router to connect using UKonline and it's grand! Yay for free stuff - I bet that they won't ever try to get it back too

I get my full 8mbit... absolutely beautiful speeds.

Shame about the customer service though - and the billing department sucks too.
