Over the last week i've listened to the new Tiscali adverts on the radio advertising their "£14.99 unlimited service". They make a point of it being truly unlimited in the advert and then at the very end of the advert they say that "conditions apply" and the service is "subject to fair usage policy".
So, is it unlimited or not?!
I'm not a Tiscali customer, but generally unlimited services are just that... they ALL have some sort of T&C on them, however.

Complain to the ASA if you dont like it.

Taz, it basically means THIS. It IS unlimited, but subject to traffic management for overly heavy users.
