Plusnet line regrades

what a load of tosh, no way could you have phoned up plusnet today (thursday) then have zen hook you up within 24 hours.. iirc its atleast 7-10 days and with adslmax upgrades being done left/right/center expect even further delays

A migration is pretty quick, as all BT are doing is changing which provider your traffic is going to. ADSL Max is a setting on their kit, not a hardware change, so yes, it was done in 24 hours. And as all new subscriptions for Zen are going onto ADSL Max, that's what I went onto.

Well, things are improving a little after a couple of days - just as most of the replies on here have stated.

I'm up to 4Mb/S speeds at the moment according to my latest speed test. Just another 4Mb/S to go...

No upgrade for me yet, just another email telling me to stop downloading during peak times .

I have just got my regrade date of the 3rd of may .. so hopefully i will be uberfast in a couple of week .. i will probably still move soon though ...
