I cant stand BT, reliability seems on par with most other companies but they have, by far, the worst customer support iv ever seen.

I could ramble on about the 3 experiences iv had with them but i can tell you how they all ended, they ended with me getting frustrated at the stupid, common sense answers(un plug it, re-install it....'it will now work' - but it never does) they give and the total lack of care the call centres have for the customers.

Hope you have better luck with them then i did.

ntl cable has been nice too me so far, no downtime and ok prices. I used to have Pipex too but it was rather expensive and experienced some downtime. Very good support though.

I'm on aol now looking to jump isp as they are a bit expensive and the pings not great. also the fup would destroy the reason i use aol.

    anyone got ukfsn?

wondering what ping/torrent speed/general reliability like.
