Or would suggest that the airflow in your case doesn't take advantage of the way the AC works. Often the case with side panel vents rather than a rear exhaust.

I just picked up a E6400 and used the AF7. temps = 43 under load
Intel Stock = 44 under load.

No difference for me really.

Are you using CoreTemp to measure the temps ?

Also, as DecomposingStar mentions it can take up to 200 hours and several on/off (ie. hot/cold) cycles before you get the full benefit.

Yeah i think the goop that comes on the AC7 is pre-set or doesn't need setting.
