    That is correct, it does RAID 0, 1 and 3. RAID 3 is pretty similar to RAID 5 though.

    I don't mean to be rude, but I'd be very careful at offering people mis-information
    PCI-X is backwards compatible with PCI, albeit, the card will only run on a 32-bit bus, rather than a 64-bit one. Fair enough, there are PCI-E SATA RAID Cards out there, which will probably do a slightly better job, but I'm just being pedantic

    However, if the card explicitly says its not compatible with 32-bit PCI, then accept my apologies

    Here is a few diagrams of PCI-X pin outs. So not all PCI-X cards can be used in regular CI slots, but many can.
