did anyone ever use the zboard?
looks tacky but it may be good (doubt it tho)
got myself a reclusa, no qualms about it whatsoever.
Anything with a backlight, I thought it was gimmicky at first but I could honestly not live without it now, I'm using a Saitek Eclipse, not the sexiest beast around but the keys are nice and quiet, and like I said, you can play in the dark without any mistakes!!
I've used the Logitech G15 since it came out, and it's bloody perfect for playing games.
I don't like the new G15 with the smaller built in screen and orange backlight, but the newer G15 is smaller in length so that is a good thing.

Lance do you still rate the Microsoft Reclusa keyboard? I was just about to order this keyboard but have just read a few reviews and am now a little put off if I'm honest
The main complaints seem to be that the keys are smaller than standard and the space bar is extremely noisy and it's generally overpriced (even though Scan are doing it for £36 delivered). I like the look of this Microsoft keyboard as it's quite straightforward in appearance and I really don't like the look of the Saitek's.
Just wanted some more opinions on the Reclusa if anyone has any please
< Zboard fan here.
Their driver guys are slow and inexperienced but they have finally managed to create a driver that is stable and doesn't require a re-install of windows if you change the USB port the keyboard is plugged into =P
The keyboard itself is great, no backlight is a shame, but the switchable keysets can be a godsend.

Another bump for the saitek eclipse ii.
Still loving my Saitek Eclipse.
Zboard over here, well happy with it.
I am the gadget man!
Another vouch for the saitek eclipse, i've got these on all of my machines. Bought the eclipse II when it came out, and, although it is still an awesome bit of kit, i prefer the feel and looks of the 1st gen eclipses.
*insert something whitty here*
I'm almost to the point where I'm ready to go with a gaming keyboard.
I already have a MS Wireless desktop - great bit of kit but gets confused with multiple key presses - and a Logitech EX110 set - again, it's great, but it's wireless and the mouse eats batteries.
What I'd love is a keyboard with headphone/speaker & mic outputs. The only one I can find is the Razer Tarantula. Do others exist and I'm just not searching for the correct terms?
Second best seems to be the Eclipse mk1, that much is obvious
are you guys talking about the 1st gen saitek eclipse or second?
