Hate that mess of cables on the bottom *shudders*

Also highlights why modular PSU's are so nice and how much I wish I had bought one

    Re: £350-450 Upgrade

Notice that the hard drives are in different places, the graphics card is different and so is the CPU cooler and northbridge cooler as well! Oh and I added a fan controller which got rid of most of the cables on the bottom of the case.

    Re: £350-450 Upgrade

On the subject of coolers, are those huge heatsinks like the Xigmatek HDT-S1283 really safe? Do I risk my motherboard when installing it? And is the stock HSF quiet and effective for non-OC'ed systems?

I am going to scan the forums for opinions on the different 4850 models. Same goes for case. I like the antec 4000 but it's out of stock...

Again, thank you for your replies!

    Re: £350-450 Upgrade

Yeah the coolers are all safe enough I would use a backplate if I had a really big one mind. The stock cooler is all right for non-overclocked CPUs, you can certainly try it and if its too noisy change it later
