best way to flash Motherboard Bios

EZFlash makes it so easy, although I still flash in Windows when I cba to find the USB stick, overclocked CPU, and memory, unstable...

I've also used ASUS EZFlash (with a 4GB USB stick) and it works just fine. It should even work with USB hard disks as long as they are formated in FAT/FAT32 and the bios file is put on the root of the disk.

I always move eveything off the stick befor eputting the BIOS update on it. I feel safer that way for some reason
