Backlit Gaming keyboard suggestions?

I have a Logitech G11 and it seems to have most of the things you are looking for:
1.) It has blue backlit keys
2.) Has multimedia keys and a rotary volume control
3.) Does not have a large wrist rest as such but you can buy aftermarket ones
4.) Its is black and gunmetal in colour
5.) The backlight has two intensity levels and can be switched off

The best thing is that it only cost £25 from Staples recently!!

I bought one too at that price
Unfortunately, though, they are back up to £40 now.

Great keyboard though and far more robust than the Saitek i had before it.

I agree, I also own this keyboard and its spot on although the Saitek Eclipse 2 does another good job. The buttons feel really nice.

If you have the money, the G15 which i am now using is the best out of them all imo.

But yes, you cannot go wrong with the Saitek 2 / 3

If you do contemplate the G15 I would urge you to try it properly first.

The day I spilt a drink on mine was a (quite expensive) blessing in disguise. The macro buttons constantly threw me off, causing me to use the wrong keys (I hardly look at the keyboard)......since replacing it with something without a row of extra keys down the side, typing and gaming has been considerably better

It DOESN'T come with the small return key either - I made sure before buying one myself a few months ago.

They are made by Razer as well I believe, although the design looks quite different.

You bought an American version. The large return key is for the 105 key UK layout, mine has the large one.
