There are a few watercooled Shuttle P2 computers out there so it would be definitely great to see a water cooled mini ITX build.

I'd love to tell / show you, but the GeForce 6150 chip in my compaq laptop appears to have died, and i managed to crack the power connector in my old Dell Lattitude, all in the course of this week
I now have to decide what I'm going to do about a new laptop (I'm currently running it with default VGA drivers as the NVidia ones cause an immediate bluescreen when starting windows...) but it looks like any spare cash may have to be diverted to that rather than an enterprising water-cooled mini-itx box...
I was trying to find a watercooled mini ITX, and this is the only one I could find.

Impressive though.

It could be that the graphics chip is overheating.
Perhaps the heatsink on the graphics chip has come loose or the thermal compound needs reapplying. Also I would use a blower to remove any dust which is clogging up the heatsinks. I did this for my notebook and it ran much cooler as a result.
I'm pretty sure that was the start of the problems: last night I watched some 4OD on the VGA drivers and the laptop *cooked* - but often it won't even post from cold, then on the third or fourth attempt to start it it just boots up (then fails when it tries to load the graphics driver, but hey...).
If I can find a service manual I might have a look inside and try fiddling with the cooling / connections (carefully, of course ) to see fi I can revive it. Sadly it's long past warranty now, but on the plus side that means nothing to void when I crack the case open
I would first get a rocket blower and use it to remove any dust in the heatsinks - my notebook had this issue and it improved the airflow of the cooler significantly.

Not necessarily! You can blow air through the inlet or outlet first. This should dislodge a lot of dust. Be prepared for a plume of dust if there is a lot trapped in the heatsink. Of course taking the notebook apart and giving it a good clean will help even more.
I would use a Giottos Rocket Blower:

Exactly the same blower is sold by Jessops but repackaged and it is cheaper:

Your local Jessops should have it in stock.
I bought it primarily for cleaning dust off my SLR lenses and off the sensor of my dSLR. I find it very useful for cleaning dust off my keyboard and other computer bits too!!
There is a good thread about the SG05 here:

Here are some pictures of the case a person in the thread posted:

Here are the specs of the included 300w PSU:

Seems to be made by FSP.
Here is a thread about the PSU with a testing report from Silverstone in the last bit of it:

I had one of those Epia mini ITX motherboards for a while. IIRC it had either the 800mhz or 1000mhz C3 processor. I tried to get EpiOS to run on it smoothly but gave up after a while and sold it!!
Soo, what do you think ? Is there enough space on that Zotac motherboard for this cooler ??
The Cooler Master ICT-D925R-GP
Yeah baby, you're so hot right now ... I mean the CPU though, LOL.
Another note regarding the memory.
As you might know, the specification of the mainboard state up to 8 GB RAM.
For that we would have to have 2 x 4 GB modules and the only ones I have found are these ...
OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 "P45 Special" Vista Upgrade 8GB Edition
OCZ Vista upgrade - 8 GB
If you check OCZ's website, you'll notice the small print saying:
* Currently only P45 and P43 chipsets support 8GB/16GB RAM densities.
That sucks of course.
My plan is to order mainboard and these very memory modules to see if it works.
But as long as neither of the items are available, there's nothing I can do for now.
Life is a bitch sometimes
