Holy crap thats alot of cash .

Is the Thermochill PA120.3 really that good? Cause £70 for a brand new one is a lot, i know thermochill have a good rep so i assume this beats almost everything? Are the XSPC ones (that £40) acceptable?.

Make sure you do a full system temp test, because if its good then I will have to keep an eye out for second hand parts of these floating on ebay .

They have a 3x120 roundup over a skinnee labs, which is pretty informative I think it shows the Swiftech is the best performance/£.

Also didn't realise the 800D was that big, putting it with the A05n, which I have really puts it in perspective.

Good god that case is gartgantuan! It's not until you put it up against the other cases I realised quite how monstrous it is.

Temps seem like a sizable difference, not sure how but maybe it really is extra airflow+ better cable management which means that the heat says further away and less restricted, either way no ones complaining .


As ive just got paid and ive not had to fork out for a new replacement PSU I was wondering what made you decide to get the Laing DDC pump? ( it is this one right? http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/cust...at=1191&page=1 )

I can afford £70 for a new pump but ideally looking for a quiet pump for silent/near silent operation aswell as acceptable performance, D5 (mcp655) or the ddc seem the best options. Also if getting that one i linked to are you gunna change those threads to 1/2"?

Cant wait till you setup that WC loop, lemme know how quiet that pump is in operation because I may bag that with a top .
