I forgot about this thread and now I have made some changes to my rig, if I can even call it the same rig now that I have swapped out the mobo, cpu and HDD with a fresh install of Windows of course...

Mines 9893 with i7 2600k @4.4 and a EVGA GTX680 SC+ not to shabby I think, I'm planning on buying another GTX680 in the near future for SLi

Well here's my latest, I'm pleased with this, it's the best I've ever managed on 3dMark though not sure if I can count it as I'm using someone elses GPUs.

My score was 11,509 points.

Probably worth re-visiting this with the new 12.11 Drivers.
P10242, rather let down by the lack of HT on the i5 for this bechmark.

@Phage - That's an awesome score. Your 7970 scores higher frame rates in every graphics test than my 6990 did, it looks like it's only the overclock on my i7 that helped pull the scores back, take a look at a comparison.

Thanks - I'm very pleased with this new rig. In an R3 enclosure it's very quiet too !
My only let down is that the new BIOS on this board won't let me change Vcore so I'm limited to 4.4Ghz. But with this cooling, my temps are less than 60C at that speed, but without Vcore I can't go higher....Grrrrrr.
